The Lodging & Gaming Management Association culture is built on the idea of passion. We care about our members, our organization, and each other. Our actions define who we are as an organization, as a team united to provide the very best in hospitality and student-run organizations.
Being a member of the LGMA family evokes a strong sense of pride, of belonging to something very special and unique. We promote core values that enable each team member to be the best they can be; we encourage conduct that gives individuals a sense of awareness and ownership of their actions; and we celebrate personal accomplishments in our Director's Meetings. Commendable behaviors are defined in detail by the LGMA standards, Vision & Mission. Working together we will achieve our goals and ultimately provide a truly unique experience for our members.

LGMA believes that making the most of your college career begins with traveling and seeing the industry first-hand. Meeting with only the best corporations and meeting with the most influential hospitality executives will provide our members with the well-rounded college experience recruiters look for. Providing the Grand Difference entails giving members the opportunity to network, gain professional development etiquette, so upon graduation; you have options to chose from many when looking for the perfect match between you, and your new employer.
Thank you to the Sands Corporation, Cheraz Eckert, Yoni Leitner, and Jennifer Ruth for providing LGMA the Grand Difference on the Palazzo-Venetian Site Tour Experience. LGMA toured suites, private check-in areas, casino, and met with executives in the concierge lounge before enjoying the Venetian/Palazzo resort offerings. The Las Vegas Sands Corporation is a College Recruiting Partner with Michigan State University.
